    Premium+: Item is brand new and hasn't been worn before. Premium: Item is in almost brand-new condition. Excellent: Item has very little signs of wear. Very Good: Item has visible signs of wear and use.

    Factory leftovers are surplus items from production, They are brand new and unused.

  12. What is your cleaning process?

    We have a careful cleaning process to ensure that all our products are clean and ready to wear when you receive them. We clean the shoes with antibacterial liquids, wash shoelaces and insoles for freshness, air-dry them, and inspect thoroughly to ensure they're clean and ready

    We charge Rs.250 and free delivery above 5000 Delivery time is between 3 to 4 working days (No delivery on Sunday).depend on courier companies mightbe they deliver
